We welcome guests of all ages.
Our age policy:
- Adult: 12+ years
- Child: 2 - 11 years
- Baby: 0 - 1 years
ID verification may be required at check-in.

All of our accommodations have air conditioning.
Pets are allowed only on request.
Pets must be on a leash while on the premises.
Pets are not allowed indoors.
For sanitation purposes, pets must be taken off the premises (to an appropriate area) for their natural needs.
You are responsible for disposing of your pet’s solid waste.
We may request photos and more information about your pet during the booking process to confirm if they are permissible.
All indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Parties are not allowed.
In Greece, Quiet Hours must be respected and are enforceable by the police. Guests must not disturb neighbors during these times:

- For everyone's safety, bicycles are not allowed to be ridden on the premises.
If you find anything damaged when you arrive, please report it to us within 24 hours of your check-in so that we don't hold you responsible.
All damages, big and small, must be reported to us immediately during your stay.
You will be responsible for the repair costs of any damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or anything else that belongs to the accommodation.
Please do not throw toilet paper or any other hygiene products in the toilet as the pipes can get blocked.
In the event that your toilet needs to be unblocked, you will bear the service costs.
A free baby bed is available on request.
You are welcome to bring your own baby bed.
We do not offer breakfast, but you will find good breakfast options nearby.

Booking Policies
We promise you will not be surprised by hidden fees at any point of the booking process or during your stay with us.
The price we offer you will include:
- Our guaranteed lowest nightly rate - you won't find a lower price anywhere else!
- 13% VAT
- 0.50% City Tax
- Climate Resilience Tax

Do you want to check in earlier or later? It may be possible if you ask us at least 48 hours in advance. We will check and let you know.
You must present a National ID Card or Passport. These documents will be returned to you immediately.
The accommodation is cleaned every day.
Fresh bath towel change every 2 days.

Please help us conserve the island's scarce water resources by requesting less changes throughout your stay.
We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.
Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Do you want to check out earlier or later? It may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance so we can check and let you know.
If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 12:00 on your check-out date, we have the right to remove your belongings from the accommodation. Please note that we would only do this as a last resort.

In the event that you need to check out earlier than planned, we are unable to provide you with a refund under any circumstances.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide:
- Full Refund: at least 10 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee
- No Refund: less than 10 days before your check-in date
All refunds are paid in EURO (€).
We do not charge any cancelation fees.
Your cancellation request must be sent to us in writing to reservation@camping-pefkari.gr.
You may be able to reschedule your booking.
You can reschedule your booking dates for free (subject to availability).
If you don't arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and if we don't hear from you, the status of your reservation will change to "no show" and the accommodation will be made available. We will then have the right to reserve it for other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.
